IM Consulting Services SA acts as data controller for all personal data collected through this website and through direct correspondence with IM Wealth Select®.
This legal notice and privacy policy applies to all visitors to im-wealthselect.ch and to all individuals who contact IM Wealth Select® in connection with an advisory enquiry or engagement. It sets out how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data, and explains your rights under applicable data-protection law — principally the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

IM Consulting Services SA does not hold a financial services licence at the corporate level under Swiss law. The advisory activities carried out under the IM Wealth Select® brand are performed by individual advisor(s) personally affiliated with ARIF (Association Romande des Intermédiaires Financiers), a FINMA-recognised self-regulatory organisation (SRO) under the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA).
ARIF affiliation constitutes compliance with AMLA obligations and does not imply any endorsement by ARIF of the content of this website or of any advisory recommendation made by IM Wealth Select®. IM Wealth Select® does not manage assets, does not hold client funds, and does not provide regulated financial advice within the meaning of the Swiss Financial Services Act (FinSA). Services offered consist of independent analysis, selection and monitoring of banking mandates on behalf of clients.

Please do not send sensitive documents — such as account statements, identification documents or custody reports — through the contact form. Once an engagement is confirmed we will provide a secure, encrypted channel for document exchange.
We process personal data for the following purposes: to operate and secure this website; to respond to enquiries submitted via the contact form; to assess whether our services are relevant to your situation; and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and tax obligations. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Our legal basis for processing contact-form and correspondence data is our legitimate interest in responding to prospective client enquiries and, where a mandate is engaged, the performance of a contract. Website access data is processed under a legitimate-interest basis for security and proper functioning of the site. We will never sell, rent or share your data with banks, investment managers or any other financial intermediary without your explicit, specific written instruction.

We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and respond in full within 30 days, extendable to 60 days where justified by complexity. Identity verification may be required before we act on a request.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch, or — for individuals in the EEA — with the supervisory authority of your country of residence. We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the competent supervisory authority within the timeframes required by applicable law.
